Judo- Grappling with focus on takedowns and takedown defense, continuing on the ground and transitioning into pins and submissions. Learn throws, foot sweeps, takedowns, submissions and defenses. Gi and no Gi applications.
Submission Grappling- Learn locks, chokes, cranks, defenses, sweeps, and escapes. Develop the ability to throw and to counter throws. Gi and no Gi applications.
Striking and Kickboxing- Learn the basic strikes used for combat sports. Develop offensive and defensive movement, counter striking and attacking.
Sparring- Put striking and kickboxing skills to work. This class is reserved for fighter training and can be attended by invite only.
Takedowns- Learn fundamental Wrestling, Judo, and Sambo takedowns.
Cage Tactics- Learn how to utilize the cage to your advantage. This class is reserved for fighter training and can be attended by invite only.
